Khunum is a Creator god, as well as a god of Arts, Crafts, Fertility, Pottery, and the floods of the Nile. It is said that he created men out of clay using a potter's wheel. Khunum's sacred animal is the ram.

In art, Khunum appears as a man with the head of a ram. He may or may not be wearing a crown.
